§ 22-195. Materials not picked up by City.

Latest version.

The City shall not remove industrial/hazardous waste, white or brown goods or construction debris. Items of this type shall be taken to the landfill by the owner or the owner's appointee. Loose garbage/trash will not be picked up by the City as well as receptacles larger than 32 gallons in size, including, but not limited to, "barrels". Tires from any type of motor vehicle will not be collected.
