§ 22-124. Penalties.

(a)

Except as provided in Subsection (b) of this section, any person who shall violate any provision of this article shall be guilty of an offense against the City, and shall also become liable to the City for any expense, loss, or damage occasioned by the City by reason of such violation.

(b)

Nonpayment of electric charges shall not be deemed an offense against the City.
