§ 21-2. Removal of hazards near power lines.

The City Administrator or designee is hereby authorized and empowered to cut, trim or remove trees, plants or shrubs that are in such proximity to power lines and other electrical equipment as to be likely to cause damage thereto or injury to animals or persons.
